The show follows Detective Chief Inspector Vera Stanhope (Brenda Blethyn), Detective Sergeant Aiden Healy (Kenny Doughty) and their team as they carry out various murder investigations across Northumberland. The episodes are: ’Blood and Bone’, ’Black Ice’, ’Home’ and ’Darkwater’.
